Labor Office Directorates: contact and registration information in the Labor Office

Declarations from job seekers who wish to register with a "Labor Office" directorate in order to exercise rights under Art. 17, para. 1 of the Employment Promotion Act and use services are submitted to the "Labor Office" directorate (territorial division of the Employment Agency) according to the permanent or current address of the job seeker.

This registration can also be completed electronically. Before proceeding with the electronic application, you must obtain a Personal Identification Code (PIK) from the National Social Security Institute (NSSI) or a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES).

If you do not have an electronic signature, you can obtain a PIK from NSSI.

The issuance of a NSSI PIK electronically is carried out through an NSSI electronic service with the help of the Eurotrust mobile application for signing with a mobile qualified electronic signature. Electronic registration in the Labor Office

For electronic registration you need a Personal Identification Code (PIK) from the National Social Security Institute (NSSI) or a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES). If you do not have an electronic signature, you can obtain a PIK from NSSI, as mentioned above.

After obtaining your PIK, you can register in the system for secure electronic delivery (SED) and submit an application for registration with the "Labor Office" through the electronic service of the Unified Portal for Access to Electronic Administrative Services.

Do not forget to carefully follow the instructions for completing and attaching documents. Some of the required documents include an identity or residence document, documents for education and qualification, as well as other specific documents depending on your situation.
